Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless they have to be made. If this is the case, I will email you to let you know when to expect your item. Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery Times: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Delays: Weather, postal issues, or holiday volume may affect delivery times. Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. To return an item, please contact me for a return authorization. Please note that some products, including kits, are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify me within 48 hours for an exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve all issues promptly.
